On World Dance Day, April 29, downtown public transportation will be filled with pace and movement.
On International Dance Day, which is celebrated next Saturday, April 29, the dancer and choreographer Cifrão, representing the Online Dance Company, wants to put the Portuguese capital to dance.
This action, “which puts the dance on the plateau of art”, as Cifrão says, in a statement, goes through ‘assaulting’ the public transport of Lisbon, filling them with rhythm and fun. Held jointly with Carris, Metro and CP, the initiative, which brings together some of the best national dancers, will take place between 11am and 1pm on that day.
