Vítor Fonseca, real name Cifrão, received numerous praises for his last production.
One of the projects that Vítor Fonseca – better known as Cifrão – is proud of is the Online Dance Company, a company created to show the world what is best in dance in Portugal.
Well, the latest video produced has thrilled several of its followers. All because it joins two generations of very distant dancers that unite because of the love to the art.
“It could very well be a story of love and tenderness between grandfather and grandson and, in fact, does not run away too much of it. The film reunites the “tap dance father”, Michel, and one of the greatest ballet hopes, Francisco. On stage, Michel annuls gravity in a light and timeless dance, in a record that sticks to his age. Francis moves with the maturity that he does not have yet, in certain and infallible coordinations, full of emotion. Together, they dethrone patterns and prejudices in a prolonged applause of mutual admiration, underlining the greatest of teachings: there is no age for dance, “he emphasizes on his Facebook page.
